Everyone knows that running is a great way to get into shape, but did you know that it can benefit almost every part of your body, as well as lift your mood? Running is incredibly effective at making you healthier in a number of ways.
Most women get into it as a way to lose weight or shape up, which we totally understand: Running burns about 100 calories per mile, builds strong bones, and—contrary to popular belief about wrecking your knees—can reduce your risk for arthritis.
Womens Run is an initiative to get the Men motivate the women in their life to be fit and healthy. It can be your mother, sister, friend, wife, daughter it can be anyone. It’s an encouragement for all the woman to include running in their fitness regime. We know woman sacrifice a lot for us and sometimes their health too. It’s time to make them feel special and to encourage them to be a true runner in life.
It’s time to show your respect for women in your life. Run for them.
